keratinocytes will release some information under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays, thus stimulating fiber cells to produce gelatinase. Pure olive leaf essence is added to the keratinocyte culture medium and is exposed to UVA and UVB radiation. The results showed that pure olive leaf extract indirectly reduced the secretion of gluebase by inhibiting the production of " information" of keratinocytes caused by ultraviolet rays.
